*25th Aniversary Gala*

Minnie Driver will join us for our 25th Anniversary Gala on June 4th at the Standard Club and we hope that you can too....If you are interested in volunteering at the event, please contact Jordyn at jfrick@starlightmidwest.org.

Volunteer Orientation is from 4:45pm to 6pm. The Volunteer Time Committment is from 4:45pm-10:30 or 11:00pm.

Volunteer Opportunities include:

Registration: Greet guests, help them check-in and guide them to the cocktail party

Silent Auction: Man the silent auction tables - tell guests about the prizes and help them with the bidding process.

Raffle Sellers: Sell raffle tickets for the interactive raffle

Giving Tree: Explain and sell the different Starlight programs to the guests...(i.e. the donor can pick the price tag for a Fun Center off of the tree and sponsor an actual Fun Center)

Bid Spotters: Help the auctioneer spot bids in the audience during the live auction

Auction check-out (Cashiers): Help distribute prizes to guests that have purchased live auction and silent auction prices

Floaters: Help where help is needed
